April 3, 2012Some guidelines to make appointment during the Special Consultation Clinics at JDWNRH (4:00 PM to 7:00PM Monday to Friday) All consultation in the Special Consultation clinics will only be on appointment basis There will be no walk in consultation Patients should make their appointment with the receptionist first Appointment should be made at least before 4 pm on the date of appointment Direct appointments with the doctors will not be entertained For appointments please call at 17634681 OR 17613354 For further enquiry please call 17116900 Patients are encouraged to carry their own prescription book for better record.
