Friday, March 12, 2010: Tomorrow (Saturday) at 8.30 AM, there will be a Virtual Clinical Grand Round (CGR) between SGPGIMS, Lucknow, India and JDWNRH on the topic “the use of Intensity modulated radiotherapy.”

The Department of Radiotherapy, SGPGIMS will present its learning experience on the use of Intensity modulated radiotherapy, used to treat early head & neck cancer. The focus will be on reduction of morbidity in terms of sparing salivary glands and base line assessment of swallowing dysfuntion due to tumor/irradiation of pharyngeal musculature when using this technology.

The Telemedicine Unit, JDWNRH invites all the Specialists, Medical Officers, Clinical officers, HAs, Nurses and other interested staff of JDWNRH for the CME session. We would also like to invite Lecturers and Students of RIHS. The venue will be in the CME Hall, Block B, Level 5 (Top floor of CT/MRI).

Wednesday, March 10, 2010: Tomorrow (Thrusday ) at 3.00 PM, there will be an hour long virtual CME between PGIMER, Chandighar and JDWNRH on the topic “Head Trauma”. Dr. M.K Tewari, PGIMER will be resource person.
